LAMBORGHINI REVEALS THE LIMITED EDITION HURACáN STERRATO AD PERSONAM SPECIAL SERIES

  • A new bespoke Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato All-Terrain Ad Personam was revealed at Milan Design Week.
  • Features include a lifted suspension, an all-wheel drive system, and a 601hp V10 engine.
  • Limited production with unique color schemes inspired by natural environments.

If you've been fantasizing about some sweet variants of Lamborghini's rally-inspired Huracán Sterrato, the need to dream came to an end as the famed supercar maker just revealed new versions of its Huracán Sterrato at Milan Design Week.

Specifically called the Huracán Sterrato All-Terrain Ad Personam, it takes Lamborghini's production rally-inspired supercar variant and spices it up with some bespoke styling and appointments. Like the Porsche 911 Dakar, the Huracán Sterrato is a limited production variant of the Huracán that features a series of upgrades, enabling extra capabilities and go-anywhere chops, should you want to hoon your six-figure supercar on the off-beaten unpaved paths.

Based off of the Huracán LP 610-4 Sterrato, a visionary off-road concept that ended up going into production, as the name suggests, the Huracán Sterrato All-Terrain Ad Personam sports the same lifted suspension with a wider track to accommodate beefier, bespoke mechanical rear self-locking differential on the already standard all-wheel-drive system, and recalibration of said all-paw system. That said, it’s all factory-prepped to tackle sand, snow, mud, and any other less-frequented roads or trails, ground clearance permitting.

Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato Ad Personam: The Ultimate Bougie Overlanding Supercar

Under the Huracán Sterrato All-Terrain’s mid-mounted hood lies the same 5.2-liter naturally-aspirated V10 with 601 horsepower and 413 pound-feet of torque, mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic. Despite the extra gear, Lamborghini says the Huracán Sterrato All-Terrain can still hit 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 3.4 seconds and onto a 160 mph top speed.

The unique appointments are further complimented by bespoke 19-inch Morus matte black wheels, a matte black roof and upper bonnet cover, and is then festooned by standard roof rails with supporting crossbars, should one want to mount a rooftop tent for the ultimate supercar overlanding experience.

“The Huracán Sterrato disrupted the super sports car landscape from the moment of its launch,” said Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini Stephan Winkelmann. “The All-Terrain Sterrato celebrates its distinctive, multi-layer personality, always as much a super sports car as an explorer of new roads. Like nature, the Sterrato cannot be confined and will always find a way to carve innovative routes.”

Four Different Colors for Four Different Environments

Further separating the special series Huracán Sterrato All-Terrains from the regular Huracán Sterratos is a unique matte camouflage paint theme conceptualized and designed by Lamborghini’s Ad Personam individualization and special build studio. Four different color schemes on four different examples pay tribute to the Sterrato’s ability to travel through more natural and rougher environments. Specifically, the camouflage patterns are inspired by the Huracán Sterrato All-Terrain's ability to tackle NEVE or snow in Italian, Sabbia (sand), BOSCO (forest greenery), and TERRA (gravel).

Production is limited to just 1,499 units with only 12 units of this specific version being made. Though pricing hasn’t been shared, as Lamborghini noted that all 12 units are already spoken for by clients carefully selected by the manufacturer itself across the USA, Latin America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Australia.

“The All-Terrain Sterrato is a true Lamborghini in its dynamic abilities and the way it surprises by delivering the unexpected,”, says Mitja Borkert, Lamborghini’s Design Director. “The Sterrato concept developed by our Centro Stile has been elevated together with our Ad Personam department to emphasize the different dimensions of the Sterrato’s multi-faceted character and talents, and truly emphasizes its fun-to-drive, go-anywhere personality.”
